While speaking with Metal Hammer yesterday, drummer Dave Lombardo declared that he never plans to return to Slayer. Bad blood was left after Dave was fired from the band last year. However, he’s managed to stay productive working on new projects, especially his new band PHILM.
Dave simply stated the following during the interview among other things.
“No. That’s it. I’m done now. I’ve got lots of other things on my plate and I now know that, when it comes to money, you don’t have any friends in this business. I won’t ever be going back.”
