Allow me to introduce the Brazilian band Age of Artemis. These guys deliver straight up POWAH METALLLL!! \M/ Synths abound! Soaring guitar melodies! Thrashy rhythm riffing! Melodic soloing! Falsetto singing! Everything you expect from power metal.
One thing about “Overcoming Limits,” Age of Artemis’s new debut album that has me stoked is the striking vocal similarities that I’m hearing between singer Alirio Netto and metal legend Ronnie James Dio whose voice I’ve missed ever so much. Honestly if you like power metal, you cannot dislike Age of Artemis.
