Metalcore with tons of bounce! Soraya’s Fallacy of Toronto just released “Ages of Ashes,” a 7 track EP. And its available for free download on Bandcamp. Luckily, “free” is the same thing in U.S. dollars as it is in Canadian dollars.
Soraya’s Fallacy maintains a level between djent and metalcore. Their playing technique brings out tasty grooving breakdowns but they seem to always have a good ol’ metal shred waiting around the corner. Their balanced mixture forms tremendous energy. Deciding whether to head bang or jump is a fun game to play here.
