Baltimore Death Metal / Grind band Misery Index has a new album underway! After releasing the steamrolling “Heirs to Thievery” in 2010, they’ve been busy touring their way to conquest / arranging new music. That new music is finally coming to fruition!Drummer Adam Jarvis just finished tracking drums with the assistance of Pig Destroyer’s guitarist Scott Hull. “We have started the recording sessions for our Season of Mist debut. Adam started tracking drums last weekend with Scott Hull at Visceral Sound, outside Washington DC. The rest of the album will be recorded next month at Wrightway Studios in Baltimore. We expect things to wrap up in early January and we are aiming for a spring 2014 release. It is shaping up to be our longest and most diverse effort to date. In the meantime, we will be posting studio updates and videos, as things unfold…”
