It’s not brand new, but DAMN it’s worth a listen. Shade Empire is a Finland band mixing together Black Metal and Melodic Death Metal in a symphonic catalyst (or at least on this album). The results of “Omega Arcane” are just plain epic. It adds up to an hour and fourteen minutes of musical greatness partially in the same vein as Mors Principium Est and early Dimmu Borgir.
