This is only the beginning for what looks to be an awesome band! Our friend Tito Vespasiani pointed us in the right direction for a good headbang sesh. Deceptionist (not to be confused with Deceptionist) is a dangerous Italian Death Metal three-piece in the same vein as Suffocation, Necrophagist, and Psycroptic. Their line up includes the wicked skill of Hideous Divinity guitarist Antonio Poletti alongside Claudio Testini on drums and Andrea Di Traglia with the vocals. All in all, this kicks ass!
I highly recommend you give a listen to their new promo CD appropriately titled "The Beginning". Not only does the four track effort give an incredible glimpse at this band's vision, it's available for streaming and a "name your price" download! So what are you waiting for?
