Defender (the opposite of Defeater?) is a brand new Melodic Hardcore / Metalcore / "Heartcore" five-piece making their presence known from Baden, Switzerland.
They just dropped their debut EP, "We Don't Remember Days, We Remember Moments", yesterday. For being their first release, it already has a well polished, professional sound much in the vein of modern metal / hardcore music. Sonically, a few elements could use touching up but overall this is a really good start for the band. This could easily be recommended to the enjoyment of any fan of the genre.
