Australia refuses to stop producing quality bands. There has been such an uprise from the country in the past 10+ years that it’s fairly fucking impossible to deny. This ranges across a number of genres with names like Karnivool, Parkway Drive, Ne Obliviscaris, Thy Art Is Murder, Northlane, and Aversions Crown coming to mind across seemingly hundreds more. So in reality a short list like that is barely scratching the surface.
Another good name has just suffered through Cast To Stone. These guys diligently cross the Metalcore and Post-Hardcore stylings without falling too far into either side and producing some memorable moments in the process.
