Welcome to the darkened majesty of Abiogene! This is a Salt Lake City based metal unit combining a number of elements into a singularity of dangerous music. This includes but is not limited to Progressive Metal, a “Thall” type sound, Black Metal elements, Technical Death Metal, Groove Metal, etc. All in all, this amounts to a very complete listening experience! Chances are a number of you here will enjoy their work quite a bit.
This all is exhibited through the band’s most recent album going by the name of “Chrysalis”. It packs together 9 heavy hitting tracks over an enjoyable 40 minute run time. The record is currently available for streaming and, believe it or not, a “name your price” download on Bandcamp!
