Musically, the album takes the listener on a sonic journey with memorable riffs, hooks and creative twists and turns. Lyrical themes include the ways we numb ourselves to the pain and disappointment of everyday life, social issues like gentrification and and the “river of tears,” in the band’s hometown of Thunder Bay. “Pariahs,” is a roller coaster of an album that is both musically and emotionally heavy.
