ORIGINAL STORY – As I’m sure many of you know, Wacken Open Air is just about the ultimate metal festival. Every year, a pilgrimage of metalheads descends upon Germany for spectacle, beer, and incredible music. Clearly, this year was no exception.
A hologram of the legendary Ronnie James Dio was brought out to perform with the Dio Disciples. As you may imagine, it was somewhat eerie but completely awesome! You can check out the video evidence right here:
