Bastard Sapling is a great band hailing from the state of Virginia. Their weapon of choice is a vicious cross between Black Metal and Thrash Metal, executed in pretty much the best way possible. They personally describe it as “cold” and “no bullshit” which, more or less, hits the nail right on the head.
This is more than evident from their latest effort “Instinct Is Forever”. Seeing the light of the moon just last week, this album packs in 9 tracks of impressive music meshing a display of raw power and darkened beauty.
