Typically, black metal is based in the cold, northern reaches of Scandinavian forests or in the tabernacles of burning churches or maybe even strewn across hellish landscapes… but not Germany's Außerwelt. Their music takes on a sort of urban black metal approach which turns out to be pretty awesome!
This is fully put on display through the band's latest effort, "Our Lives Out Of Balance", which was dropped on the world later on last year. It's an EP that brings about a very complete and musically competent experience. Through it's four tracks, approximately 30+ minutes of worthwhile content is waiting to be found.
